Please have the girls arrive 10 minutes early. Bring clean indoor shoes and a water bottle (water only) — no other liquids or food are permitted in the studio. Classes will begin promptly at the scheduled time and run for 45 minutes, with a few extra minutes for stretching and cooldown.
