An email has gone out with the order form.
The document is set up so that you can forward it along and is simple enough that all you need to do is enter the quantity that you want and then the appropriate names at the bottom of the sheet.
A couple important points:
- This is due by November 20th
- Product will be delivered on December 5th or 6th
- Please submit the completed sheet to me and etransfer to Brandee (brandeev3@yahoo.com) with the name of the player that the submission is going to.
- Cash is always accepted.
