We're thrilled to introduce the latest additions to our Bow Valley Timberwolves Program: Russ Duffee and Brad Kile, our Co-Head Coaches for the new U16 AA team. With their extensive experience and unwavering passion for the game, they're poised to lead our AA program to unprecedented heights.

Russ and Brad bring not only years of coaching expertise but also a deep love for hockey. Their dedication to player development, both on and off the ice, perfectly aligns with our values at Cochrane Minor Hockey Association. We're excited to welcome them aboard and have full confidence that their leadership will inspire our U16AA team to shine this season.

Furthermore, we'd like to highlight an important shift in our approach to coaching selection. While historically, CMHA has predominantly appointed non-parent coaches for our Timberwolves teams, we've realized the importance of prioritizing qualifications above all else. After careful consideration, we're pleased to announce that AA Head Coaching opportunities are now open to parents who wish to apply and interview.
