Ombudsman Committee
The CMHA Ombudsman Committee is made up of two Members-at-Large who are independent from the Board of Directors. This committee is responsible for reviewing and addressing all formal concerns or complaints submitted through the official CMHA Complaint Form.
Cochrane Minor Hockey Association maintains a zero tolerance policy for any form of disrespect or mistreatment toward our members, volunteers, players, or staff. All concerns are taken seriously, and the Ombudsman Committee ensures that issues are reviewed fairly, confidentially, and in alignment with CMHA’s commitment to a safe and respectful hockey environment.
