Cochrane Minor Hockey will provide Financial aid for those families that want their children to play hockey, but are unable to do so financially . Please see attached Financial Aid Form.
All applicants must first go through Kid Sport. Once you have been approved with Kid Sport, CMHA will assist with the balance of the fees as per our Operations and Policy Manual.
1st year - 100% of the difference
2nd year - 50% of the difference
3rd year - 25% of the difference
At the descretion of the President and Finance Director in Subsequent year
