Thank you for volunteering to help mold the next generation of amazing players and people within CMHA!  As many of you know, we partner with P3 Sports who look after our Player and Coach Development Program.  Each year, CMHA Board of Directors and the Team at P3 work together to continue to offer a Program and Resources that not only keep us ahead of the development curve but maximizes the experience for all of our members.

 

We are excited to let you know that we have changed the way we introduce Coaches to their Programs this Season and are making a couple of slight modifications to the development program that takes place throughout the season.

 

This will be kicked off with a different version of the Coach Symposium.  Each will take place during a Team practice that will be run by the Team at P3.  All Coaches will be in the stands watching the practice with a Senior Coach at P3 who will be leading a discussion and introducing the Program while they watch.  Following the ice time, P3's Senior Coach will take the Coaches to a classroom for an hour to run them through the Program, Yearly Plan and Seasonal Resources available.  See below for your Symposium!
